For our location in USA we are looking for the following position:

Key Account Manager (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:
  • Strategic and sales-oriented customer support with the goal of a sustained, positive customer relationship
  • Sales of capital equipment for the production of dough and pre-dough; sales of starter cultures and service products
  • Develop contacts and customer relationships
  • Communicate with all relevant departments in the company to execute customer orders and requests
  • Technical consulting of customers, preparation, and follow-up of orders, as well as negotiation of commercial framework conditions up to contract conclusion
  • Utilize sales processes within Salesforce CRM system
  • Continuous market and competition analysis; sales planning based on the preparation of regular sales forecasts
  • Support of marketing activities, implementation of webinars and seminars with the aim of customer acquisition
 
Requirements:
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment or key account management experience
  • Highly prefer experience in the field of (bakery) ingredients or equipment for the food industry
  • Ability to create and maintain new business relationships at decision-making level
  • Sensitivity to customer needs and a solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Strong communication, organizational skills
  • Willing to be hands-on and driven to sustain business successes
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong familiarity with standard software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • German language skills are advantageous but not a prerequisite
