Change of Chief Executive Officer
On May 1st 2018 Henrik Oevermann succeeds to Dr. Wolfgang Eißer as the new CEO of DIOSNA Dierks & Söhne GmbH. After 20 years in charge of the company, Dr. Wolfgang Eißer is leaving as an experienced and well-versed industry expert who has led the company very successfully with great engagement and high identification.
Henrik Oevermann has been working for DIOSNA since 2011 and was so far CFO and Head of Bakery Division.
Chief Executive Officer DIOSNA
He joined DIOSNA 2011 as CFO and taking over responsibility for the Bakery Division in 2014. Since 2018 he is nominated as CEO.
Previously he acted in management functions in Siemens AG.
Henrik Oevermann studied at the University of Lueneburg and University of Queensland (Australia) Management & Economics.
Chief Financial Officer
He joined DIOSNA in 2016 as Head of Finance and was nominated as CFO in 2018.
Previously he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the field of auditing.
Stefan Becker completed his studies in business administration & economics
at the University of Osnabrück and the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia). In 2016 he passed the tax consultant exam.
Head of After Sales Service
He joined DIOSNA in 2017 and is the head of the business unit after sales service.
He has more than 30 years of international experience as head of after sales service organizations within foodsectors of machinery industry.
Horst Buhr earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the Applied University of Osnabrück.
Head of Production
He joined DIOSNA in 2004 and is responsible for the Production Business Area.
Before he worked as a Production Manager for special machine construction in different companies.
Michael Lammers become a european welding specialist in duisburg as well as a master of metall works and business economist at the chamber of trade of Emsland and Osnabrück.
Head of Pharma Division
He joined DIONSA in 1999 and is in charge for the Pharma Business Area.
Prior to Diosna he spent serveral years as Sales Director for a manufacturer of industrial pumps.
Mr. Lueth holds a Diploma in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH Aachen).
Head of Purchasing & IT
He joined DIOSNA in 2010 and is responsible for the business areas Purchasing and IT.
Previously he held various lead buyer and procurement manager positions in the purchasing department of mechanical and plant engineering companies.
Lukas Musiol holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology from the Applied University of Osnabrück.
