HK 170 - THE MOBILE TABLE ELEVATOR TIPPER

Regardless of whether you prefer to use your elevator tipper, on the floor or on the table, small businesses get an optimal solution with the HK 170 elevator tipper. The compact design and easy operation together with the low-maintenance operation, ensure reliable use over long periods of time. Optionally mobile or stationary, the HK 170 has excellent safety equipment. For example, the lifting platform is equipped with a safety catch to prevent it from falling, while it is locked by means of a toothed rack. The electrically secured protection bar also contributes to safe use. The maximum load, consisting of bowl and dough, amounts to 600 kg. In stationary use, the maximum tipping height of 2.10 m must also be taken into account, whereby the total weight of the mobile table elevator tipper without accessories is 800 kg. The system will reach up to six cycles per hour.


HKV 224 ELEVATOR TIPPER FOR MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY

The HKV 224 series goes one step further, impressing with intelligent additional equipment and versatility. The central component of the HKV series is the flexible column, which operates in both inclined and vertical positions. There are numerous configuration options to choose from, which means that the system can be individually adapted to your operation. The elevator tipper is available either as a mobile or stationary system, allowing the choice to operate as an individual system or to be integrated into a fully automatic system. It also allows various bowls to be mounted. Thanks to its overhead drive, the lift tipper has a small space requirement and maximum safety thanks to two roller chains. In addition, various versions are available. The HKV 224 is available in stainless steel or a painted option with stainless steel grippers. The maximum tipping height of the 1500 kg weighing system is 3.50 m.

The HK 300, HK 600 and HK 1000 elevator tippers are machines specially designed for use in industrial bakeries. As an alternative to the usual use, they are also available as a cleaning elevator tipper. They have an oblique design for the best possible dough feeding, and are designed to have a hopper and a compactly built working platform. The overall product is designed for easy handling and is available as a mobile or stationary system. Differences between the individual variants arise mainly through differences with the maximum load requirements. The HK 300 holds 600 kg, the HK 600 – 1000 kg and the HK 1000 – 2000 kg, which represent considerable increases. The maximum tipping height depends on the framework conditions of your needs. All three sizes, thanks to their robust construction, are designed for 3-shift operation and offer a secure hold of the bowls with the help of the clamp lock. Optionally, a frequency converter can be used to optimize lifting speed. When put together with the correct DIOSNA funnels, you get a versatile system with maximum performance for your production.


FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE: THE ELEVATOR TIPPER HK 1200

Also created for industrial use, the HK 1200 is particularly striking because of its space-saving design. The small footprint and vertical column construction ensure that you have plenty of room for additional systems. Thanks to the 2-speed circuit on the motor, the system offers optimized lifting and is proves to be durable, robust and reliable. The technical data of the model excites industrial users. While the maximum load is 1200 kg, the HK 1200 has a maximum tipping height of five meters. With 16 tips per hour, the elevator tipper HK 1200 has the highest efficiency and a continuous production process.
