With this position you will become a part of the global Automation Development team, which is responsible for the development of control systems for our Pharmaceutical and Bakery machines.
 
Desired Skills:
We are looking for an Engineer at bachelor level (preferably from equipment manufacturing company) combined with related work experience and following competences and background:
  • Extensive experience from PLC programming languages (Structured Text,Ladder,FBD)
  • Experience from Siemens,Allen Bradley control systems.
  • Experience from different SCADA preferably Wonderware Intouch with SQL database & report generation.
  • Knowledge of reading P&ID, Eplan and pneumatic circuits.
  • Knowledge of Calibration of industrial instruments,configuration of different types of Frequency converters.
  • Onsite commissioning of machines and online support to customer whenever is needed.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You have to  communicate with our customers and internal departments.
  • An independent way of working, commitment and the ability to work in a team round off your personal profile.

  • Planning and execution of calibration and requalification orders

Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent and/or previous experience as a service technician on industrial equipment
  • Prefer technical customer service experience
  • Ability to  travel nationally and internationally 75%
    • High level of commitment and initiative; ability to work indepedently
    • Class B drivers license
    • Strong service orientation, customer communication, and willingness to learn
  • Strong familiarity with standard software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
    • PLC knowledge and experience preferred

Technologist – Dough & Process (m/f/d)

 
Responsibilities:
  • Technical and application consulting for new and existing customers on technical and technological issues
  • Technological project support from the quote process to the commissioning of the plant
  • Participate in project-related customer trials at customer site; Develops and implements customer-specific requirements
  • Records testing results and forwards to the appropriate parties
  • Provide sales support from a dough technology and process technology point of view
  • Organization and execution of bread presentations, seminars, webinars, and trainings (internal and external) regarding bakery technology topics and to support sales efforts
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in food technology or training as food technician / baker / confectioner; or comparable training in the field of food technology / bakery technology
  • Professional experience in the field of industrial bread and bakery production
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials, products, and processing as well as strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and process technology
  • Knowledge of the market environment, competition, and business management contexts
  • Able to travel nationally and internationally 75% (mainly US and Canada)
  • Customer-oriented communication skills with a professional approach
  • Proactive; highly organized; strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
